New Money Strut

First i'd like so say you've got a lot of control with your drawings! There seems to be no really apparent volume changes so that's very good, and I'll also like to say that the lines are very clean and very appealing. you did quite well with those.
However, I feel like this animation would read much better if you added a ground plane to your walk, Basically a line that just indicates the ground so your character doesn't feel like he is floating. The head movement sticks out to me the most, and I feel like there is a bit of a jitter going on once he turns his head away from the "camera". I'd say change the timing in the head so the head doesn't spend as much time moving towards the camera and adding more frames when he turns his head away from the camera. 
Other than that I'd say this animation is totally successful, and there is a very clear personality and it matches his appearance! Hopefully my feedback helps you out a bit, keep up the great work!
